Young Athletes Enhancement Series


This series of training sessions are for young athletes in Grades 5 through 8.  The sessions are designed for different abilities and core skills.
 

Core Stability for Young Athletes

July 11 through August 3
Mondays & Wednesdays

June 14 through July 7
Tuesdays & Thursdays
9 to 10 a.m.

Jump Training for the Young Athlete

July 12 through August 4
Tuesdays and Thursdays
8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
