Health Center Services at New Baden:

Outpatient lab and x-ray services
Walk-in lab and x-ray is offered between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with a provider’s referral.
 
Physical Therapy
Appointments are available with a provider’s referral on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and on Tuesdays between 8 a.m. and noon. New Baden Physical Therapy is closed on Thursdays. Call (618) 588-7000 to schedule a physical therapy appointment.

About our Billing

Immediate Care are satellite locations of HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese, and is billed as a hospital service. After visiting, you will normally receive two bills: one from HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital and one from Infinity-Meds. It is not billed as an "Urgent Care" or "Emergency Room."
