HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese Receives 2017 Press Ganey Pinnacle of Excellence Award for Achieving and Sustaining Excellence in Patient Experience


(Breese, IL) – HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese is pleased to announce it has been named a 2017 Pinnacle of Excellence Award® winner by Press Ganey. The Press Ganey Pinnacle of Excellence Award in Patient Experience recognizes top-performing clients from health care organizations nationwide on the basis of extraordinary achievement and consistently high levels of excellence for at least three years in patient experience scores for inpatient services. St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese was also named a Guardian of Excellence Award winner for patient experience scores in Ambulatory Surgery

This is the fourth year in a row St. Joseph’s has received the top (Pinnacle, formerly Beacon) honor, as well as various Guardian awards.
